Sign up for the Multi-Community Chipping Grant through the Fire Safe Council for Monterey County

 The Fire Safe Council for Monterey County has obtained a grant for the Multi-Community Cooperative Chipping Grant for Monterey County.  The chipping service is intended to help homeowners dispose of the branches and vegetation cut on their home sites during defensible space management. 

If you live in or near the following locations of the Monterey County Regional Fire District, you can apply to participate in the chipping program:

San Benancio Road (& side streets)

Corral de Tierra Road (& side streets)

Laureles Grade Road (& side streets on grant map)

Boots Road (& side streets)

Whip Road (& side streets)

Saddle Road (& side streets)
